2. Title: Understanding Experiences of Individuals with Spinal Cord Injury Undergoing Activity-Based Rehabilitation

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to understand the experiences of individuals with spinal cord injury related to activity-based rehabilitation for upper limb training.

Study Requirements: You will be asked to complete up to 8 visits lasting about 2 hours long. While you are in the study, you will have different evaluations, tests and/or procedures which involve certain risks.

Eligibility Criteria for Study:

  • Understand and speak English to provide us feedback
  • Have incomplete spinal cord injury - levels C1 to C7
  • Have arm and hand function limitations that affect daily activities
  • Can move at least one shoulder and some fingers
  • Can come for up to 8 visits to Jefferson University; twice a week for 2 hours each
